This page explains what Good Agent collects, why, and how you can ask us to change or delete it. We keep the language plain on purpose.
Who we are
Good Agent is the real-world missions app and website at playgoodagent.com. For privacy questions, email privacy@playgoodagent.com.
What we collect
Depending on how you use Good Agent, we may collect:
- Waitlist: email address and optional language preference
- Account: name, email, password (stored hashed), date of birth, and Google account id if you sign in with Google
- Gameplay: mission preferences, assignments, completions, and profile details you choose to save
- Device: push notification token (if you allow notifications) and basic app information needed to run the service
- Product analytics: screen and mission events so we can improve the app
- Feedback you send from the app
How we use it
We use this data to run Good Agent — accounts, missions, notifications, support, security, and improving the product. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers who process data for us, for example:
- Hosting and infrastructure for the website and API
- Google (Sign-In and Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications)
- OpenPanel for product analytics
- Email delivery for waitlist and transactional messages
They only get what they need to provide that service. We do not sell your data to data brokers.
Security
We protect data in transit with HTTPS and store account passwords hashed. Access to production systems is limited to people who need it to operate the service.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist emails until you ask to be removed or we close the waitlist. We keep account and gameplay data while your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete associated personal data, except limited records we must keep for security, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Delete your account or data
To delete your Good Agent account and associated data, email privacy@playgoodagent.com from the address on your account and ask for deletion. You can also request this via Feedback in the app (Profile). We will confirm when deletion is complete. Freezing an account is not enough — we delete the data.
Age
Good Agent is for people aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 16.
